2000 Mare.  Breeder's Sweepstakes.  Star is a beautiful Half Arabian/Half Saddlebred mare that stands a solid 16hh. She has great movement and is stunning in the show ring. She has only competed in Country English Pleasure so far, but has been working Show Hack and doing very well. She would also be lovely in Native Costume with her naturally lofty canter. Star got a late start in life, but is finishing out nicely. She will quietly stand for both vet and farrier as well as trailer with no problems.  An experienced junior or amateur would suit her well, though she is competitive enough for open.  $4000
